1. About the Site

The Site provides information about Fortis impact glass garage doors, a 3D door configurator, a contact form, and a dealer application. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you share with us and is part of these Terms.

Product descriptions, images, videos, and specifications on the Site are provided for general information and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell. Product availability, specifications, and pricing are confirmed only in a written quote or agreement from Fortis or an authorized dealer.

3. 3D Door Configurator

The configurator is a visual tool to help you explore options. Colors, finishes, glass, dimensions, and hardware shown on screen are approximations and may differ from the actual product because of display settings, lighting, and rendering.

Photos, videos, and order PDFs you download from the configurator are for reference only. They are not a quote, an order, a contract, or a final engineering specification. Final dimensions, options, pricing, and code compliance (including impact and wind-load requirements for your location) must be confirmed by Fortis or an authorized dealer before purchase.

4. Forms and Dealer Applications

When you use a form on the Site, you agree to provide accurate information and not to submit spam, false information, or automated submissions. Submitting a Dealer Application does not create a dealer, distributor, or other business relationship with Fortis. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion.

5. SMS Messaging

If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring messages from Fortis Garage Systems. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, logos, the Fortis Garage Systems name, product designs, 3D models, images, and videos, are owned by or licensed to Fortis and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and use content you generate with the configurator for your own personal, non-commercial planning, including sharing it with Fortis or an authorized dealer. Any other copying, distribution, or commercial use requires our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
• copy, scrape, or extract the Site’s content, 3D models, or other assets by automated means; or
• reverse engineer or attempt to access the Site’s source assets beyond normal use in a web browser.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site uses and links to third-party services, such as Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.

9. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is always complete or current.
