• Contact form: your full name, email address, phone number (optional), subject, and message.
• Dealer Application: your name, email address, phone number, and role; your business name, address, city, state, ZIP code, and service area; and business details such as number of employees, working hours, sales for the last 12 months, projected sales with Fortis, and whether you need delivery or have a forklift or showroom.
• SMS consent: whether you agreed to receive text messages from us.

Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as financial account or government ID numbers) in your messages.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, some information is collected automatically:

• Analytics: we use Google Tag Manager to load analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, which use cookies and similar technologies to collect information like the pages you visit, time spent on the Site, your device and browser type, how you arrived at the Site, and your approximate location based on your IP address.
• Spam protection: our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which collects information about your device, browser, and interactions to tell people and automated bots apart. reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Technical logs: the provider that hosts and delivers the Site processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages to deliver the Site and protect it against abuse.

3. The 3D Door Configurator

The door configurator runs entirely in your web browser. The options you select and any photos, videos, or order PDFs you download are generated on your own device and are not sent to us or stored on our servers. If you want a quote, you can share your configuration with us by contacting us directly. The configurator only saves a small preference in your browser (whether you have dismissed the on-screen controls tip), which never leaves your device.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• respond to your inquiries and provide product information or quotes;
• review Dealer Applications and manage our relationship with dealers;
• send you text messages, if you opted in;
• understand how the Site is used and improve it;
• protect the Site and our forms against spam, fraud, and abuse; and
• comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

5. SMS Messaging

If you consent to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive recurring informational and promotional text messages from Fortis Garage Systems at the phone number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with the service providers that deliver our messages.

6. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as needed to operate the Site and our business:

• Service providers that act on our behalf, including the provider that receives and routes form submissions to our team, Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, and reCAPTCHA), our website hosting provider, and, if you opted in, the provider we use to send text messages.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fortis, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business.

7. Cookies and Your Choices

You can set your browser to block or delete cookies; most of the Site will keep working, although the contact and dealer forms need reCAPTCHA in order to be submitted. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to you, managing dealer relationships, and meeting our legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We then delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information, and the Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
